These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unraveled (the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Cosmic Jellyfish, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Unraveled is a music analytics platform that allows users to upload personal music listening data from supported third-party services in order to generate insights about listening patterns, discovery milestones, and fandom metrics, and to share selected insights with others.

Unraveled is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, Apple, Google, YouTube, or any other third-party music service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all actions taken through it.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable platform's billing policies (such as the Apple App Store or web checkout provider).

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with reasonable notice where required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

Upon termination, your account will be deactivated and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain insights you previously chose to share in collaborative features (such as "Overlaps") may remain visible to other participants in aggregated or historical form until those features are deleted, expire, or are otherwise removed.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
