Uploading Your Data

Unraveled works with Spotify Extended Streaming History and Apple Music listening data. You can request your data from Spotify at spotify.com/account/privacy — select "Extended streaming history" and allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Account & Subscription

For questions about your Unraveled Pro subscription, billing, or account management, email us at support@unraveled.fm. If you subscribed through the App Store, you can manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

If something isn't working as expected, please email us with a description of the issue, what device/browser you're using, and any screenshots if possible. This helps us fix things faster.
