Kajaryia is building an intimate soul world on her own terms

Kajaryia is an Atlanta-based artist whose background is rooted in a family full of musicians. In her own account, she spent years developing her voice and identity before sharing her first release, wanting the music to feel meaningful and relatable. She describes her sound as moving through bass alternative, R&B, and neo-soul, while the record The Sunshine Project is documented on Apple Music as an R&B/soul album from 2026. The same sources also show a release history that includes trauma dump and other listed singles. Her interview suggests an artist still moving forward, with another album already underway.
