Instupendo’s path from bedroom production to collaborative pop experiments
Instupendo is a US electronic artist whose early work grew out of a home setup and a school routine that left room for making music. In a 2017 interview, he said he was already producing while in boarding school and traced his interest back to hearing artists like Skrillex and Bassnectar. By 2025, he was speaking about Ripstupendo as a collaborative project with Ripsquad, built through repeated resampling and a focus on pop structure. His releases show a steady line of experimentation, from the 2019 EP Boys by Girls to the later collaborative album.
