Ellur’s Halifax roots and inward-looking pop on At Home In My Mind
Ellur, the recording name of Ella McNamara, comes from Halifax and says the town is a source of inspiration. In interview material, she describes the writing side of music as fundamental to who she is, and she connects that shift to the songs she makes now. Her Bandcamp release At Home In My Mind is a February 2026 album produced by Joel Johnston. The release page presents the record as an open invite into her world and says it reaches toward people who need a hand to hold.
