Chanel Beads is the New York-based project of Shane Lavers, working with Maya McGrory and Zachary Paul. Its debut album, Your Day Will Come, arrived on Jagjaguwar on April 19, 2024 and introduced a sound built from layered synthetic and real instruments. The release materials describe songs shaped by collaboration, obscured vocals, and a focus on grief, memory, and contradiction.
